2025 Eastern Greene Cheer Preview – Loud, Proud, and Dynamic The Eastern Greene Cheer team is ready to bring unmatched spirit, energy, and pride to the sidelines this fall. Head Coach Angie Inman is confident that this year’s squad will make its presence felt at every game, thanks to a summer of hard work and a group of athletes who aren’t afraid to push limits. “We are most excited to see how much talent and energy this year's team brings to the sidelines,” Inman shared. “They've been working so hard all summer, and they are going to bring the Loud and Proud to each game!” This year’s cheerleaders are united by strong bonds and a willingness to try new things — including fresh stunts inspired by trends on social media. The team’s identity centers on teamwork, unity, and creativity, with seniors stepping up to lead smaller groups, give advice, and demonstrate skills when needed. One of the team’s short-term goals is to create a strong sideline presence that energizes the crowd from kickoff to the final whistle. Long-term, the focus is on positive leadership, teamwork, and maintaining the program’s “No Drama” rule. Inman notes that each season brings improved communication, with new members quickly learning the importance of working together to succeed. One challenge the cheerleaders aim to tackle is boosting crowd engagement. “Getting the crowd and fan section to interact with the cheerleaders has been a struggle the last couple of years,” Inman explained. “We are hoping to get them more engaged with new fan chants and dances we’ve learned over the summer.” When asked for one word to describe this group, the answer came quickly: Dynamic. From the first game of the season to the last, the cheerleaders aim to embody that spirit. “We hope the community sees a cheer team that’s not only talented and hardworking, but also united and committed to representing our school with pride. We want them to feel our energy, our spirit, as well as our loud and proud in supporting every team and every fan this season!” With fresh routines, infectious energy, and an unwavering commitment to school spirit, Eastern Greene Cheer is ready to lead the charge in making the 2025 fall sports season unforgettable.
